Zoey was Kalona raise from the ground. The worst of all possible things had occurred. Zoey and her friends needed to escape out of the House of Night. Aphrodite was ordering everyone around making sure that the circle stayed connected and that everyone was inside. Zoey could not tell whether or not the fledglings and vampires were with Kalona or against her. She didn't have enough time to see, her first priority was escaping.
